Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all seven Emirates of the UAE, including:

  • Dubai

  • Abu Dhabi

  • Sharjah

  • Ajman

  • Ras Al Khaimah

  • Fujairah

  • Umm Al Quwain

International shipping may be available for selected countries. Shipping charges and delivery times for international orders will be calculated at checkout.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • UAE: 2–5 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days (depending on the destination and customs clearance)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly mentioned on our website when applicable.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery Information

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable or provides an incorrect address, additional delivery charges may apply.

Customs & Import Duties

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
